1st, All out-of-town patients need to fill out our comprehensive Biomedical intake and Health History forms and fax or mail them to the clinic well before their first visit. Dr. Fors will then review them in detail and schedule your first appointment. These forms are found on our website in teh New Patient Center under Online Forms or click here.

2nd, Your first scheduled visit will include review of your health history, comprehensive neurological, orthopedic and nutritional examination depending on your specific complaints. This usually takes about one hour. Generally, lab tests specific to your case are then ordered to uncover the specific underlying dysfunctional metabolic processes in your condition.

3rd, How we proceed from there very much depends on your individual case, most are asked to come back a day later for a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations of care. Some individuals then begin a course of treatment utilizing specific therapies while others return home to begin their dietary and nutritional program.

4th, Most patients will return within a couple weeks to review laboratory findings and fine tune their care program. Sometimes this can be accomplished through phone consultations which are charged out at the same rate as an office visit.
